Join us for a  day of deep healing and connection at The Unapologetically You Studio in Watford. This special day will be an extended offerring of our usual Awakened Hearts Ceremonies. Engage in authentic relating exercises, conscious movement, conscious connected breathwork, energy healing (shamanic and reiki), a soothing sound bath, arrow breaking, fire ceremony and much more. 

Herbals teas, water, snacks, and fruit will be provided on the day.
